In 2022, before launching Protect the Customers, our founder submitted a policy message to The White House addressing urgent concerns about internet policy, digital freedoms, and the importance of public accountability.
We received an official reply from the Office of the President acknowledging the message. While this response was not written personally by President Joe Biden, it represents an important moment that reflects our long-standing commitment to public advocacy and systemic reform.
